For larger Odoo implementation projects that require extensive customization, we recommend dedicating two to three development sprints per topic. This approach ensures that every aspect of the project is given the attention it deserves.Contrary to pure product development, customer projects with Odoo necessitate a different approach due to varying needs in terms of flexibility, speed, quality, scope, and size. For instance, the conventional scrum methodology falls short as it lacks the adaptability and swiftness required for the majority of customer projects.
